1. Services Provided
Chase Greatness Consulting offers marketing and consulting services for small businesses, including but not limited to:

Strategy sessions and growth consultations
All services are tailored and delivered on a case-by-case basis.
2. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full prior to service delivery.

Strategy sessions are billed as one-time payments.

Monthly consulting plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

No refunds will be issued once payment is processed. See Refund Policy for full details.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to information, updates, or content (photos, videos, specials, etc.) as needed to carry out the services. Missed updates may impact deliverables.
You are also responsible for reviewing scheduled deliverables and reporting any issues promptly.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Strategy sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Recurring services may be paused or canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused time once payment is processed.
5. Intellectual Property
All content created by Chase Greatness Consulting—including copy, graphics, and designs—remains the intellectual property of Chase Greatness Consulting unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted usage rights for business purposes only.
6. Limitation of Liability
Chase Greatness Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or misuse of services or website content.
7. Changes to These Terms
Chase Greatness Consulting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
