Hello
Hi, I’m Mitchell Adler — founder of Chase Greatness Consulting.
My journey started in Florida, where I was born and raised before joining the U.S. Army in 2013. I served nearly four years as a Forward Observer, where I learned the value of precision, discipline, and adaptability — traits I carry into everything I do today. After leaving the military, I returned to Florida for a time, but eventually made a spontaneous move to Chattanooga, TN — a leap that led me to meet my wife, start a family, and build a business rooted in service.
Professionally, I’ve spent years in the corporate world of SaaS and marketing, working with thousands of small business owners to improve their online presence through platforms like Google, social media, and website strategy. I saw firsthand how many business owners were overlooked or overcharged — and how badly they needed simple, honest, and effective support.
That’s why I started Chase Greatness Consulting — to offer no-fluff, hands-on digital consulting that actually helps local businesses get found, get trusted, and grow.
My Story
Chattanooga wasn’t part of the plan — but sometimes God redirects you when you least expect it. I moved here on a whim, not knowing what I was looking for. But what I found was everything: my wife, my daughter, and a deeper sense of purpose.
While working in the corporate world of SaaS and marketing, I spent years helping small businesses clean up their Google profiles, fix their online presence, and try to compete in a noisy digital world. Over time, I started to see a pattern: most business owners were either being ignored or taken advantage of. They didn’t need complicated strategies — they needed someone honest, clear, and committed to actually helping them grow.
That realization planted the seed for Chase Greatness Consulting. It’s built on faith, family, and a desire to serve local businesses with integrity. I don’t outsource the work. I don’t overpromise. I just show up, do what I say I’ll do, and focus on getting you seen and trusted online.
I’m not here to be another agency. I’m here to be your ally — someone who genuinely cares about helping your business thrive.
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.”
