At Chase Greatness Consulting, all services are delivered with strategy, time, and intention. Because we provide personalized digital services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Strategy Sessions
Once a strategy session is booked and payment is made, that session time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Refunds will not be provided for missed, canceled, or rescheduled sessions.
Monthly Consulting Packages
Our Growth and Momentum packages are billed monthly and include digital strategy, content creation, and profile management.
Due to the nature of these services, no refunds will be issued once a payment is processed.
If you need to pause or adjust your service, please reach out and I’ll work with you to find a flexible solution.
